Wellspring Pilates is a welcoming studio offering fun and creative classes.

We have many options for our clients to train privately or in a small group setting. Read below to find out which option might be best for you. Our sessions and classes are labeled by type followed by duration in minutes. For example, Reformer 55 is a 55 minute reformer class or Private Session 30 is a 30 minute one on one session.

Pilates for Healthy Aging

on Mondays at 9:30 am. During this class we focus on healthy bones, better balance and improved cognition. This class will be challenging but also safe for your joints.

Private Training

One on one sessions created just for you! Perfect for clients looking for a tailor made workout. The “Pilates 101” sessions are a great place to start if you are new to Pilates or to the reformer. Find them under Packages at the link below.

30, 45 and 55 minute personal sessions are all available.

 Reformer Classes

Classes are open to 5 clients to ensure lots of personal attention. Classes are a mix of strength and stretch for a complete mind body program. Your first class is only $25! Look for “First Reformer Class” under Packages at the link below. Prior reformer experience is required.

Mat and TRX Classes

Mat Pilates is a full body workout using bodyweight, bands and weights. Pilates on the TRX is mat Pilates mixed with a great strengthening workout to challenge your ams, legs and core.
